“If you could physically put yourself into a book or series…which one would it be and why?”
MY ANSWER:
The Lord of the Rings, of course. I love the world Tolkien created, its stunning landscapes, peoples and languages. The hobbit way of life would fit me perfectly. I’m much of a stay-at-home, peace and nature loving person. The Shire seems a delightful place to live in. I wouldn’t mind being an Elf either. Or a citizen of Gondor, living in the beautiful Minas Tirith / Minas Anor (preferably after Sauron is destroyed).
Great pick! I LOVED the LOTR movies... I know, don't kill me! I started reading The Hobbit years ago(I'm talking like before my children were born)and never finished, I've been meaning to give it another go forever!
ReplyDeleteYes, LOTR! I would be incredibly surprised if you didn't choose LOTR. Oh, I'd love to be a part of that world myself, too. I'd ask for a room in Lothlorien.:)
ReplyDeleteGreat choice!! Thank you so much for stopping by Cafe of Dreams! Have a wonderful weekend!

Great answer! I also love Middle Earth.
ReplyDeleteYou said on a comment on my blog that you had never read Harry Potter, well, I really do highly recommend it. It is very well written and a good story. I see you are currently reading Twilight, which in my opinion is a poor comparison to HP, HP is much better written, especially as you go through the series. I'm sorry if I offend anyone! I'm just giving my personal opinion. If you like LOTR and Twilight though, you'll definitely like Harry Potter. Cheers!
Thanks for stopping by at my blog. Your's has quite a good view (lovely mountain). Happy reading.
