This is an occasional Sunday feature where my cat, pardon, Her Majesty the Cat, offers her more or less gracious insight into my (and her) life.
I've recently got two new toys. The first one is a wind-up mouse Pepca bought for me. It's fairly entertaining as long as it moves, but Pepca needs to keep winding it up. And that's not much fun.
The second one is a plastic straw I stole from Pepca. Suits her well, she should know better than dropping things on the floor when I'm around (which is always). Besides, you know what they say about the forbidden fruit... Anyway, since it has got my attention, Pepca lets me play with it.
Treat yourself to some playful moments sometime during these nice summer days!
Till next time,
Haha - its funny, isn't it how much entertainment a straw can provide? All those nice toys, a d Peabody would rather play with a straw I can get for free at any cafe. :)
ReplyDeleteI agree! :) It's the same with kids, the expensive toys are only interesting for a day or two, but give them something ordinary from around the house and their imagination will do the rest.
DeleteOh, I tried to watch but the video is marked as private.
ReplyDeleteOoops! I'm sorry, my bad. I've changed it to public now, so it should be viewable.
DeleteHaha typical cat, give them something you think is clever that looks fun, all they want it something that mostly likely fell on the ground, to bat around.
DeleteMy cats loves straws and pens, things like that. Sit around watching me, waiting until I'm not looking to grab 'em.
Hehe, tell me about it! Mine can't wait to jump on my desk when I'm not looking and start plying with a pen or the like.
DeleteAwww how cute! Gabby gets the same way - a pen or a ball of paper is her favorite. Very nice video editing too, that's way more than I know how to do! Lol.
ReplyDeleteFree entertainment is the best, I guess.:) Thanks! That was my first attempt at video editing - took me an hour to scrap the bits together, lol ;) I'm happy with the outcome, too.
DeleteShe is just so beautiful, I do like this feature. Great job on the video too.
